He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Kemp and Bessie Kemp (Rogers); his siblings, Francis Kemp, Cecil Kemp and Lorene Pierce (Eugene); and his siblings-in-law, Cindy Kemp, Elizabeth Kemp and Frank Shiverdecker.
He is survived by: his wife Alanna Schneider; his children, Marcus Schneider and Paula Bowen (Ray); his siblings, Claude Kemp, Dale Kemp, Gail Kemp and Neva Shiverdecker; his grandchildren, Blaine Bowen (Natalie), Katlyn Bowen and Keelan Bowen; and his great grandchild Callie Hollingsworth.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Maupin Funeral Home - Fulton (301 Douglas Blvd, Fulton, MO 65251). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
