He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Norris Sr. and Gertrude Norris (Mosley); and his brothers, Thomas Norris and Homer Norris. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Catlett of Fulton; his children, David Allen Norris (Diana) of McGirk and Sherry Dolman (Jeffrey) of Fulton; and his grandchildren, Shalimar Norris, Sabrina Ridenhour and Ethan Ridenhour.
