He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Norris Sr. and Gertrude Norris (Mosley); and his brothers, Thomas Norris and Homer Norris. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Catlett of Fulton; his children, David Allen Norris (Diana) of McGirk and Sherry Dolman (Jeffrey) of Fulton; and his grandchildren, Shalimar Norris, Sabrina Ridenhour and Ethan Ridenhour.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Maupin Funeral Home - Fulton (301 Douglas Blvd, Fulton, MO 65251). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Church of God (305 E 2nd St, Fulton, MO 65251).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to St Jude's Children Research Hospital or the Alzheimer's Association, c/o Maupin Funeral Home, 301 Douglas Blvd, Fulton, MO 65251.
