He was predeceased by: his mother Karen Millard Doerhoff (Millard); his grandparents, Felix, Marie Doerhoff, Donald and Norma Millard; and his uncle Brent Millard.
He is survived by: his father Greg Doerhoff; his stepmother Tammie Doerhoff; his fiancé Shanelle Bowers; his partner's children, Zavier McPherson, Caden Bowers, Chloe Bowers and Peyton Bowers; his siblings, Travis Doerhoff (Lori), Ryan (Tammy), Mikaela Doerhoff and Morgan Starnes (Caleb); his nieces and nephews, Alexeya Doerhoff, RyLynn Doerhoff, Jace Doerhoff, Noah Starnes, Harper Starnes, Laney Doerhoff and Grace Starnes; and his stepfather Dennis Gipson. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In remembrance of Chad's life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to the SERVE, Inc. Back-to-School Program or the Super Sam Foundation.
