He is survived by: his mother Connie Snell Hale; his stepfather Warren Hale of Martinsburg; his children, Kyle of Dallas, Texas, Julian of Dallas, Texas and Brandi Jones of Dallas, Texas; his granddaughter Nyx Jones of Dallas; his siblings, Michael Snell of St. Charles, Mark Hale of Bentonville, Arkansas and Julie Hale-Harris of Auxvasse; and his close friend Amy Prater of Fulton.

The family suggests memorials be given to the Callaway County Extended Employment of Fulton.
