He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Millard and Norma Millard (Kemp); and his sister Karen Millard. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Millard (Sommers); his sons, Andrew Millard (Jenn) of Jefferson City and Matthew Millard (Rachelle Miller) of Columbia; his brother Michael Millard (Diane) of West Chester; and his grandchildren, Mayson Chasteen and Harper Millard.
