It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Skinner in Fulton, Missouri, who passed away on February 14, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Cupp and Leona Dell Cupp (Phillips); and her husband Elmer Lee Skinner, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Brenda Real of Fulton, Bonnie Tate of Prescott, AZ, Bruce Skinner (Beth) of Fulton and Bobbi O'Rourke (Roger) of Fulton. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
