She is survived by: her children, Larry Ballard (Melissa), Linda Tatlock (Mike), John Ballard Jr. (Shawnlea), Joe Ballard, Lisa Ballard and Dale Ballard (Michelle); her sisters, Mildred Langston (Burel) and Bonnie Ballard; her grandchildren, Amanda Page, Amber Jones, Blake Ballard, Michael Jenkins, Chelsea Ballard, Jennifer Graves, Jessie Ballard, Lauren Ballard, Douglas Ballard, Shaun Ballard, Austin Ballard and Jacob Ballard; and her great grandchildren, Hayden, Brooklyn, Beau, Laton and Cheyenne. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
