He is survived by: his wife Sandy Neal (Salmons); his children, Jody Neal (Nancy) of Fulton, Ryan Neal (Tia) of Fulton, Mandy Tate (Michael) of Fulton and Jared Neal (Hannah) of Fulton; his grandchildren, Kayla Neal, Ella Neal, Chase Tate, Justin Neal (Rebekah), Darrin Neal and Turner Neal; and his brothers, Danny Neal and Bruce Neal.
