She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Allen and Viola Allen (Wheeler); her husband Chester Ray Pickard; her daughter Robin Ditch; her sons-in-law, Larry Penrose and David Ditch; and her siblings, Vernie, Herbert, Leroy, Tommy Allen, Lois Paul, Betty Batson, Isabelle Sandusky and Lillie Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Penrose, Alan Pickard and Keith Pickard (Angie); her grandchildren, Crystal, Amanda (Yury), Christopher, Diana (Tim), Derek (Sarah), Kate, Cheston (Megan), Robert (Dana) and Laura (Nick); her sister Ruth Lester; and her sister-in-law Sue Allen. She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.
