He is survived by: his sister Mary "Molly" Suling (Jeff Suling); his children, Heather Mendenhall of Buford, Georgia, George Mendenhall III of Lemont and Allison Monaghan of Downers Grove; his grandchildren, Lauren Bonnett, Andrew Bonnett, Addison McLemore, Danielle Mendenhall, Joselyn Monaghan and Joseph Monaghan Jr.; his great grandchild Kasey Leonardo; his nieces and nephews, Ben Suling, Corey Suling, Jessie Mendenhall and Keene Mendenhall; and his pets, Little Bit and Bailey.
