He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Hull and Eleanor Hull (Hering). He is survived by: his wife Paula Hull (Batsakis) of Fremont, MO; his daughter Jamie Benton; and his sisters, Susan and Deborah. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
