He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ann Charlesworth Holloway and Elbert Newton Holloway; his grandparents, Lucille G. Charlesworth and Arthur Wayne Charlesworth; and his uncle Richard Charlesworth.
He is survived by: his brothers, Douglas Elbert Holloway and Richard Kenyon Holloway; his aunt Dr. Jo Ann C. McDowell; his cousin Suzanne L. Cordova of Cherryvale; and his nephew Clay Elbert Holloway of Fort Scott.
