He was predeceased by: his parents, Christopher L. Cook and Maude M. Cook (Morgan); his son Terry Cook; and his grandsons, Gabriel Thornberry and Adam Cook.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Husucker; his children, Bryon Cook, Tara, Greg Cook, Debbie Duncan, Rebecca Perry, Jerry, Edmond, Don Moser and Brenda; and his brother Junior Harrington. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
