He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Clifton and Julia Casteel Clifton; his former wife Nancy Clifton; and his brother Dave Clifton. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Casey Clifton; his children, Clovis Clifton of Carl Junction, William Clifton of Lockwood, Harold Clifton of Miami, Oklahoma, Crystal Woolsey of Joplin and Bonnie Mullins of Joplin; and his brother Woodrow "Woody" Clifton, Jr. (Wendy) of Lebanon. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
