It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Edward Harper (Freeman, Missouri), born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on August 14, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Royce Winfred and Inabella Dott Harper (Garoutte).

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church in Anderson.
