He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey B. Cook and Isa Pearl Cook (Bogar); and his brother Steryl Cook. He is survived by: his friends, Mel and Donna Mathes; his wife Linda; and his children, James Cook of Freeman, MO, Martin Baumhoff (Darlene) of Edwards, MO, Janice Inman and Abbie Butler (Larry). He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and twenty-nine great-grandchildren.
