He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell William Johnson and Eula Pearl Gannon Johnson; and his daughter Leslie Ann Fuller. He is survived by: his wife Pat Johnson; his children, Randy Dale Franks (Sandy) of Trek Henrico, Virginia, Melody Renee, Kelli Lynn Cragin of Joplin and Mark Smith (Joyce); his grandchildren, Rose Franks, Jacob Franks, Joshua Franks, Claire Franks, Brady Short, Grant Short, Joshua Bogard, Camille Cragin Antolock, Mallory Hill, Jared Fuller, Matt Smith and Michael Smith; his great grandchildren, Kensli, Chloe, Wyatt, Jackson and Julia; and his siblings, Ernie Johnson (Pat) of Pasadena, Maryland and Kristie Grimes (Winfred) of Kansas City.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Shriner's Hospital in St. Louis, or the Joplin Humane Society.
