She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Cupp and Maggie Cupp (Carr); her former husband B. J. Sisney (Jack Tate, Sr.); and her children, Dennis Tate and Alicia Tate Harris.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Tate, Jack V. Tate, Jr. (Robin) of Carl Junction, Elmer D. Tate of Joplin, Jesse David Tate of Joplin and Jacqueline "Jackie" Tate of Joplin. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
