He was predeceased by: his former wife Thelma. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Turney; his children, Dennis Wayne Howard of Neosho, Kenneth Howard of Tulsa, Donnie Howard of Tulsa, Bradley Thurman (Linda) of Joplin and Kimberly Bowman (Robert) of Neosho; his sister Rozetta Howard of Sapulpa, OK; and his siblings-in-law, Lena Howard, Clovis Richards (Vivian), Billy Joe Richards (Betty) and Rickie Richards (Norma). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
