She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Slevin and Helen Parker Slevin; and her sister Dory Sapp. She is survived by: her daughter Vicky Puckett Cleveland of Joplin; her grandchildren, Lynette C. Yandell and C. R. Allen Cleveland; and her great grandchildren, Deya V. Yandell, Gwyneth Cleveland, Bailey Cleveland, Braxton Cleveland, Mila Cleveland, Zayden Cleveland and Kaden Cleveland.
