He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert Gibson and Florence Gibson. He is survived by: his parents, Sandy Stevenson of Nevada, MO and Randy Kalm of Oklahoma City, OK; his brothers, Andy Kalm and Brantley Kalm; and his nieces, Ashley Hewitt and Kaydenn Coy.
