He was predeceased by: his children, Steven Bradley and Brenda Kilby. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Blevins; and his children, Johnnie Blevins, Jr. (Kindell) of Anderson, Rusty Dalton (Dawn) of Anderson, Jill Buske (Brian) of Anderson, Angie Atchison of Goodman, Tabitha Fregia (Jeremy) of Neosho and Karen Spears of Rogers, AR. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
