He is survived by: his children, Reba Dalon (Melvin), John A. Shutters, Bobby Ray Shutters (Crystal), Clifford W. Shutters, Joshua Shutters (Cyndy) and David Lee Shutters; and his sisters, Barbara Normington and Carmen Shutters. He is also survived by twenty-eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
