She was predeceased by: her parents, Eual Clay and Susan Marie Smith (Perry); her spouse C. A. Harnar; and her siblings, Norma Jane Blecha and Eual Edward "Bud" Smith.
She is survived by: her daughters, April Randall of Southwest City, Missouri and Rhonda Barth of Southwest City, Missouri; her brother James P. Smith (Molly) of Joplin, Missouri; her grandchildren, Josh, Janae and Jonisha; her great grandchildren, Ricardo, Cristofer, Laura and Alexia; her friend Joan; and her brother Morgan.
