He is survived by: his wife Monelle Hoover; and his stepchildren, Corey Hoover (Kelly) of Kernersville, Kevin Hoover (Dorthy) of Fredericktown, Kimberly Flichel of Regina and Craig Hoover of Ely, Nevada. He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
