He is survived by: his wife Melva Baldwin, Jr. (Uzzell); his daughter Debra Rodriguez (Bryan Smith) of Freeman, MO; his daughter-in-law Vicki Kackley; his sisters, Joyce Elaine Marble (Roger) of Garden City, MO and Carol May Eplee (Herb) of Independence, MO; his grandchildren, Eric Rodriguez, Stephanie Kilpatrick (Adam), Nicholas Rodriguez (Megan), Emily Park (Nick), Amber Rodriguez (Guy Ryan) and Tom Kackley (Denise Thoreson); his great grandchildren, Jullian, Annebelle, Gunner, Charlie, Ezra and Joey; and his siblings-in-law, JoAnn (Uzzell) and Jim Thompson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
