He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey B. Keith and Wanda Keith (Buzzard); his brother Duane Keith; and his daughter-in-law Sunny Keith. He is survived by: his children, Michael Keith of Carthage, MO, Byron Keith, Leisa Matthews (Tanya Elaine Keith White) of Carthage, MO and Brisbane; and his sister Melba Jean Wilson Elkins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
