He is survived by: his son Shawn Foulks (Tina) of Fort Worth, Texas; and his siblings, Evelyn Hasenplaugh of Webb City, LaWanda Coppenbarger of Webb City, Gary Thornberry (Mary) of Bartlesville, Sue Dunn (Ronnie) of Asbury, Karan Sanders of Asbury and Kevin Thornberry (Kim) of Baxter Springs, Kansas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
