He is survived by: his wife Marcia Johnston; his daughters, Amy Warehime (Michael) of Bartlesville, OK, Marcy Hill (Mike Major) and Kelly Sizemore (Brandon Webb); his siblings, Wanda Carroll of Webb City, MO and Ronald Johnston (Betty); and his grandchildren, Gary Montgomery (Nicole), Kyle Montgomery (Amanda Stussy), Nikki Chevere (J. C.), Amber Sizemore, David Lowis and Christian Carman (Chase). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
