He was predeceased by: his stepmother Catherine Booth; his siblings, Chester Booth, Elsie Dorris and Willa Whetstone; and his grandchildren, Isaiah Rundle and Sierra Henderson.

He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Booth; his children, Amos "Andy" Booth Jr. (Anise) of Carl Junction, Adrienne Kostov of Carl Junction, Aaron Booth (Sondra) of Webb City and Adam Booth (Megan) of Webb City; his brother Clarence Booth (Sharon) of Jasper, Missouri; and his pet Roxy. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, one great-grandchild.

The family has requested in lieu of flowers, donations be made out to Parker Mortuary to help with funeral expenses.
