With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Stephenie Wieberg of Freeburg, Missouri, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on January 2, 2025 at the age of 82. As we bid Phyllis Stephenie farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Phyllis Stephenie is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Stephen and Margaret Klaus (Johnson); her son Christopher Wieberg; and her sister Adele Harmon. She is survived by: her husband Fred Wieberg; her children, George Wieberg (Connie), Stephen Wieberg (Julie), Anna Lebesch and Timothy Wieberg (Danielle); and her sister Mary Ellen Klaus. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and many other relatives and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (104 Oliver St, Freeburg, MO 65035). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
