She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles and Nancy; her former husband James Edward Phillips; her brothers, James Richard Verhoff and Charles Henry Verhoff; and her sister-in-law Patty Verhoff.
She is survived by: her husband Lawrence; her son James "Jimi" Phillips (Jodie) of Freeburg; her granddaughter Sadie; her siblings, David Conrad Verhoff of Niantic, Connecticut and Judith Cathrine Nichols (Jack) of Ashland; and her sisters-in-law, Kay Verhoff of Mesa and Faye Verhoff of Kansas City, Missouri. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces; and many other relatives and friends.
