He was predeceased by: his father James M. Dyke, Sr.; his parents-in-law, Rudolph and Mary Stiefermann; and his brother-in-law Malcomn "Skip" DeBroeck. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Dyke; his mother June Thee Dyke (Thee); his daughters, Brenda Dudenhoeffer (Albert) of Freeburg, Deanna Sherwood of Holts Summit, Sherry Lewis (Chris) of Freeburg and Amy Reinkemeyer (Craig) of Freeburg; his grandchildren, Lucy Voss, Jessica Bowen, Dylan Lewis, Megan Lewis, Victoria Sherwood, Laura Sherwood, Mariah Reinkemeyer, Karli Reinkemeyer and Grant Sherwood; his great grandchildren, Bree Voss, Hudson Voss, Hallie Bowen and Carter Bowen; and his siblings, JoAnn DeBroeck, John Dyke (Joyce) and Janet Sapp (Larry).
The family requests that all visitors practice social distancing and wear masks while inside the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the family for donation to organizations of Jim's choice.
