She is survived by: her husband Donald Schmitz; her children, Mark Becker (Melissa) and Carrie Swarthout (Jeff); her stepdaughters, Kimberly Schmitz of Columbia, SC and Michelle Brandt (Jim Hoover); her grandchildren, John Becker, Emma Becker, Tony Swarthout (Melanie), Jake Swarthout, Olivia Swarthout, Miles Brandt and Mila Brandt; her great grandchild Dallas Swarthout; her sisters, Kate Wegman of Wasco, CA, Elizabeth Stratman and Teresa Buschmann; and her parents-in-law, Janet Struemph of Fennley, NV, Marilyn Fowler, Linn and David Schmitz (Linda).
