She was predeceased by: her parents, David Barks and Minnie Barks; her brother Delmar Barks; her sister-in-law Darlene Barks-Ross; her sister Marie Schatz; her grandson Travis Lewis; her nephew Don Schatz; and her great grandchild Tyler Harris.
She is survived by: her close friend Frank Luckachick; her children, David Lewis, Roger Lewis and LeeAnne Vest (Glen); and her grandchildren, David Lewis Jr. (Cheri), Kenneth Lewis, Morgan Adams (Ronnie), Dean Stevens (Corrie) and Dan Stevens (Jessica). She is also survived by great-grandchildren and one (1) great-great-grandchild.
