He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Earl and Elsie Houart Sr. (Bond). He is survived by: his wife Cleta Jewell Houart (Combs); his children, William Paul Houart Jr., Starla Kay Dulworth and Michael Duane Houart; his grandchildren, Steven Dulworth (Elizabeth), Kyle Crawford, Michael Houart, Elizabeth Houart and Emily Houart; and his great grandchild Silas Dulworth.
