He is survived by: his wife Clara; his daughter Michelle Eaves (Larry); his grandchildren, Eric O'Neal (Destanie), Michael O'Neal, Kelly O'Neal (Morgan) and Erica O'Neal; his great grandchildren, Carson, Myah, Chloe, Ellyott, Toby, Carter and Keygan; his siblings, Don Clark, Paul Clark, Darrell Clark, Mary Fankhauser, Sandy Reed and Lavonda Steltzer; and his stepchildren, Dan Tilk (Brenda), Dwayne Tilk (Beverly) and Dee Dee Tilk.
