He is survived by: his wife Stella Francis; his children, Eugene Francis (Twylla) of Fredericktown, Hope Williams of Fredericktown and Heather Carey of Fredericktown; and his siblings, Frank Francis of Fredericktown and Cathy Parsley (Roger) of Fredericktown. He is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
