She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry and Kate Lizza Casandra Berry (White); her husband Delmar Allen Cox; her daughters, Helen Sikes and Juanita Johnson; and her siblings, Ivan, Clyde, Arlie, Clarence, Gertie, Bertie and Ruby.
She is survived by: her children, Denver Cox of Harlingen, Dean Cox of Ironton, Missouri, Sylvia Spradling of St. Clair, Midge Demeo of O'Fallon and Linda Smith of Fredericktown. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren and twelve great-great-grandchildren.
