We are sad to announce that on July 25, 2023, at the age of 74, Robert James Schwent of Fredericktown, Missouri, born in Bonne Terre, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Freddie Schwent and Ethel Schwent (Link); his sister Wilma Scott (Schwent); and his brothers-in-law, Cecil Koller, Jewel Scott and Joe Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Dawn Elaine Walker; his children, Greg Schwent (Rachel) of Fredericktown, Joe Brown (Sarah) of Dittmer, Dustin Brown (Meghan) of St. Louis, Brandon Brown (Alyssa) of Fredericktown, Jessica Weise of Fredericktown, Zachary Sohn (Kayla) of Perryville, Taylor Sohn of Brooklyn, Missy Richardson and Dawn Vanbooven (Howard) of St. Louis, Missouri; his grandchildren, Racan, Sekih Schwent, Noah, Vincent, Gabriel, Obadiah Brown, Bridget, Grace Brown, Essie Brown, Kevin, Lilly Weise, Baby Blakely Jo Sohn, Casey, Madison, Riley, Chelsea and Zack; his great grandchild Hunter Hennen; his sisters, Joyce Koller of Fairfax and Barbara Sitzes (Paul) of Powhatan, Virginia; and his parents-in-law, Donald Walker (Pauline), Doyle Walker (Alma), Sharon Smith, Carol Vance and Connie Lewandowski (Tom). He is also survived by numerous nieces/great nieces and nephews/great nephews.
