He is survived by: his wife Betty Starkey (Mouser); his children, Pamela Jean Helm (Tony), Randy Gene Starkey (Margi Jones) and Steve Starkey (Angie); his siblings, Melvin Starkey (Bessa Lee), Roy E. "Bud" Starkey (Lois), William "Bill" Starkey (Linda), Della Rhodes, Joan Stevens, Pearl Sitze and Patricia Deguire; his grandchildren, Cody Moyers, Kyle Moyers, Ashley Starkey, Meghan Starkey and Colton Starkey; and his great grandchildren, Cooper Moyers, Caiden Moyers, Colson Moyers, Cambry Moyers, Suede Swearengin and Denton Swearengin. He is also survived by his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
