He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Rehkop and Hattie Rehkop; and his siblings, Walter P. Rehkop, Mary Louise Sensel, George "Art" Rehkop, Robert Rehkop, Donna Bellew, Floyd D. Rehkop Jr., Ruby M. Martin and Clara Belle Skaggs.

He is survived by: his wife Ethel Rehkop; his daughter Dawn Matthews (Jeff); his siblings, Leeman Rehkop, James Rehkop (Doris) and Betty Marler; his granddaughter Jessika Smothers; and his great grandchildren, Aspyn, Willow, Memphis and Trumann.
