She was predeceased by: her parents, Clark Heckathorn and Hazel Heckathorn (Parker); her husband Rev. Paul E. Hartenberger; her siblings, Don, Cliff, Leota, Dale and Lyle; her daughter Paula Kunkel; and her children-in-law, Harry Kunkel and Ellen Hartenberger (Nagle).
She is survived by: her sister Edythe Griffiths of Texas; and her children, Jeff (Aurelia) of St. Louis, Hank of O'Fallon, Bruce (Evanne) of Farmington and Joy Bess (Dennis) of Fredericktown. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
