He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sheets and Katherine Eaves; his sister Karen Sheets; and his stepmother Vee Sheets. He is survived by: his wife Lucretia Sheets (White); his children, James Sheets (Nichole) and Risha Gaines (Paul); his siblings, Cathy Francis (Lewis Eddie), Shawnda Tinnin (Dave), David Eaves and Gary Eaves; and his grandchildren, Wesson Sheets, Willa Sheets, Lilly Gaines, Nora Gaines and Stella Gaines.
