He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dave, Iva Grindstaff, Lucille Trammell and Steve Wojtczuk; his uncles, Gary Wojtczuk, Timmy Trammell, Joe Helm and Ron Grindstaff; and his aunt Debra Trammell.
He is survived by: his parents, Larry Wojtczuk and Linda Wojtczuk; his sister Amy Pierson (David); and his children, Kota Wojtczuk and Elizabeth Wojtczuk.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Follis & Sons Chapel (700 Madison Plaza Dr, Fredericktown, MO 63645). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
