She was predeceased by: her parents, William Morgan and Dorothy Harris; her siblings, Diane Garner (Paul Ray) and Billy Harris; and her father-in-law Reggie Starkey.
She is survived by: her husband Franklin D. Starkey; her children, Chad Harris (Leanne), Hunter Starkey (Lisa) and Nikki Montgomery (Brian); her brothers, Woody Harris (Elaine) and Tommy Harris (Donna); her mother-in-law Mary Lee Starkey; her grandchildren, Sarah Harris, Abi Harris, Allison Huckaby, Kenlee Montgomery, Cailyn Starkey, Cole Starkey and Carson Matthews; and her great grandchild Madi Kate Estes.
