She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred W. Simmons and Emma V. Simmons (Pogue) of Fredericktown, MO.; her husband Ivy A. Starks; her children, Richard and Ivy J. Starks; her stepson Allen Starks; and her siblings, Otto, Paul, Helen, Lolard and Hilda.
She is survived by: her children, Ron (Gail), Michael (Christy), Gary, Larry (Kelly) and Carla. She is also survived by twenty-seven grandchildren, sixty-three great-grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
