He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his sibling Oaks Church; his children, Jason Sikes (Terri), Mikki Link (Todd), Dawn Smith (Blake) and Angie Hill (Josh Gresham); and his brother Jerry Sikes (Vera). He is also survived by grandchildren and four (4) great-grandchildren.
