She was predeceased by: her parents, Elijah Bart Tripp and Josephine McCarver (Polite); her husband Clyde Frederick Wengler; her siblings, David Tripp, Paul Leonard Tripp, Myrtle Mae Carlson and Mary Louise Cureton; her stepbrother Lindell Wayne Tripp; her half-siblings, Dorothy, Nancy Tripp and Earl Dean Tripp (James Eugene Tripp); her granddaughter Melissa Jean Wengler; and her stepmother Gladys Tripp (Sitzes).
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Lee Wengler (Marilyn) of Fredericktown, Gerald Wayne Wengler (Susan) of Silex, Missouri and Brenda Joyce Leirer of Fredericktown; and her half-siblings, Edwin Lee Tripp of Fredericktown and Bonnie. She is also survived by grandchildren, fifteen (15) great grandchildren, and six (6) great great grandchildren.
