She was predeceased by: her parents, Elijah Bart Tripp and Josephine McCarver (Polite); her husband Clyde Frederick Wengler; her siblings, David Tripp, Paul Leonard Tripp, Myrtle Mae Carlson and Mary Louise Cureton; her stepbrother Lindell Wayne Tripp; her half-siblings, Dorothy, Nancy Tripp and Earl Dean Tripp; her granddaughter Melissa Jean Wengler; and her stepmother Gladys Tripp (Sitzes).
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Lee Wengler (Marilyn) of Fredericktown, Gerald Wayne Wengler (Susan) of Silex, Missouri and Brenda Joyce Leirer of Fredericktown; and her half-siblings, Edwin Lee Tripp of Fredericktown, James Eugene Tripp of Sullivan and Bonnie. She is also survived by grandchildren, fifteen (15) great grandchildren, and six (6) great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Follis & Sons Chapel (700 Madison Plaza Dr, Fredericktown, MO 63645). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (601 Kingsbury Blvd, Fredericktown, MO 63645).
