He is survived by: his children, Dennis Underwood (Cheryl) of Fredericktown, Terry Underwood of Fredericktown and Lisa Underwood of Perryville; his grandsons, Justin Underwood, Cody Underwood and Seth Underwood; and his great grandchildren, Gavin, Serene, Eli, Jax, Otto and Emma.
